Linked Open Vocabulary

LOV started in 2011, in the framework of a French research project (http://datalift.org). Its main initial objective was to help publishers and users of linked data and vocabularies to assess what was available for their needs, to reuse it as far as possible, and to insert their own vocabulary production seamlessly in the ecosystem.
